| Request for Proposal (for use by HHS faculty) |

| Please read the following instructions carefully: |
| The Board of Directors of the HHS Alumni Association invites you to apply for a grant award. The Board will consider applications from HHS teachers and staff for assistance in obtaining class materials, providing equipment/resources or enabling activities. In short, our goal is to enhance the HHS experience by enabling opportunities that are otherwise unobtainable via district funds. |

| (A) Grant proposals must be submitted and approved before any expenditures are made. |
|
| (B) Because the Alumni Association relies on charitable support of HHS Alumni, priority may be given to projects whose budgets do not exceed our currently available resources. |
|
| (C) Proposals are accepted at any time and will be reviewed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors. |

| Funding Criteria: |
| Academic or extracurricular enrichment for students |
| Number of students and/or teachers benefitting |
| Clearly-defined goals, activities or outcomes |
| Other additional, matching or co-support for the proposal |
| Lack of other available sources of funding |
| One-time requests may receive preference over ongoing projects |
